Artwork requirements: When sending us your amazing logo or design, the best way to send the artwork is as an EPS or AI file which is highly recommended due to the high quality and size of the files versus lower quality ones such as JPEG or PNG. 

Leadtime Options: On each product on our website we do have the standard lead-time available for the promotional item, however here at Signal Promo we do offer a variety of lead-time options to suit your business, event or budget! On most branded merchandise we offer longer or shorter lead-time's depending on your needs, but as most things in the world if you require something quickly you usually pay more in price. So our options vary from 3-5 day lead time versus 15 - 30 days which will leave you with a 15-20% saving if you go with the latter. 

Decoration Methods: We offer a variety of decoration methods to ensure your logo looks the best it can be on your new beautiful merchandise. Our team will work with you to determine the best methods to suit your products and brand, however until then here are a few printing and decoration methods to ensure you become a pro by the time you receive your order! 

  • Screen printingIs achieved by forcing ink through a fine mesh screen and is ideally used for branding flat objects. 
  • Embroidery: Is an excellent way of branding bags, apparel, headwear and all textiles. It is long lasting however may be the dearer side of options compared to traditional print methods. 
  • Digital Printing : Is ideal for producing vivid full colour images as well as spot colour branding.
  • Embossing & Debossing: This method uses engraved metal plates pressed into the surface of a product which results in a permanent image. 
  • Sublimation: Is produced by printing sublimation ink onto transfer paper and then heat pressing into the product. It is paired perfectly with full colour images as well as spot colour branding which results in a smooth print finish.
  • Laser Engraving: Produces a permanent finish using a laser, where different materials produce a variety of effects when engraved. The fine detail of laser engraving can result in a luxe finish of a logo.
